The owners of this three-bedroom, hillside home in Wellington were looking to renovate their lower-level basement by converting it into a self-contained studio.  

TAC Projects came on board for the full renovation, which included damp-proofing and constructing the insulated framed walls, as well as installing new timber windows, french doors, linings throughout, and a new bathroom.
