TAC Projects is a small building company based in – but not bound to – Ōtautahi Christchurch. We specialise in work that is thoughtful in design, for people in urban, rural and coastal settings. We have experience in:

  • New home builds

  • Renovations (bathroom/ kitchen etc)

We work with a range of trusted local suppliers / contractors, and can make recommendations and introductions as needed.

I’m Robin. A licensed building practitioner since 2013, I have worked on a diverse range of projects across Te Waipounamu, the South Island, and beyond.

I started TAC Projects in 2017 with a focus on on designed residential projects and renovations. While I’m based in Lyttelton, I have always been drawn to remote places and interesting projects.

Over the years I’ve built some great relationships with a few trusted contractors that share my commitment to work done well.
